Jules Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receiving your order (in original condition) for an exchange or a refund (less shipping). The only exception is for the hand-stamped pieces. Hand-stamped jewelry, because of the completely custom nature of the pieces, is not returnable, unless of course we have made a mistake. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know. We want to be sure you are happy with your jewelry and will do our best to make sure you are happy. While we take great care to create each piece to be very sturdy, if there happens to be a defect in the piece that causes it to break in that time, we will of course replace your jewelry or refund your money. We would just ask that you return the original jewelry piece(s).

Safety Information

Our jewelry is intended to be a keepsake, not a toy. Each bracelet is created to be quite sturdy, however our bracelets are created using small parts and beads, therefore our jewelry is not intended for unattended wear by children under 3.

Please note that all of our products are made to be sturdy. However, they do contain small parts. If a small child were to break her bracelet, the small beads and pearls and other parts could present a choking hazard. So for children 3 and under, we recommend that the jewelry be a keepsake for her. For small children, the jewelry is not intended for everyday wear. Please never leave your child unattended while wearing ANY piece of jewelry.

Shipping Information

Each jewelry piece is custom created to order; please allow up to three full business days (Mon - Fri) for your jewelry to be created before it is shipped. If you are in a hurry, let me know, and I will do my best to create it more quickly for you.

Please note that jewelry is shipped and arrives Monday - Friday, the shipping and delivery times do not include weekends.

If you are in a rush and need your order shipped the same day or next day, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your time schedule. How quickly we can ship your order will depend on what pieces you order and the time of day your order is placed.

First class shipping and priority mail shipping have estimated delivery dates but are not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please choose 2-day air or overnight air.

Shipping times below do not include the 3 business day jewelry creation time.

Shipping via first class mail is $2.95 (usually a week or so, but can take longer)

Shipping via Priority Mail is $5.95 (usually 2-3 days, but can take longer)

Shipping via 2-day air is $16.95 (shipping transit time is 2 business days)

Shipping via Overnight Express is $36.50 (shipping transit time is 1 business day)

International First Class (about 2-4 weeks) - NOT traceable, NOT insurable $4.95

International Priority Mail (about 1-3 weeks) - NOT traceable, NOT insurable $13.95

Global Express Mail (1 week) - Insured, Tracking Number provided - $29.95

Sales Tax

California Residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Jules accepts: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Items ship after payment has cleared.

Privacy Policy

We at Jules value our customers' privacy greatly. The only personal information we collect from you is when placing your order. We collect the necessary information that you specifically give us for delivering your order to you. We will not send you any information that does not pertain to your order via email, phone or mail unless you specifically request it. We will not give your contact information to anyone else or sell it to anyone else. I believe that junk mail, solicitous phone calls and junk email take up far too much of our lives. We at Jules would NEVER want to add that "junk" to your life. When you order from us, we treat you as if you were family. That will not change.
