Product Review Information

Well hello there! This is some information on product reviews in my little e-newsletter, "Bits of Whimsy". I publish the newsletter several times a year, it's supposed to be monthly but I never quite get that many done. You may view my current newsletter HERE and my vintage Bits of Whimsy HERE.

The fine print:

* You must be a small business
* You MUST CREATE YOUR OWN PRODUCT(S)
* Your products must be something that will appeal to my newsletter subscribers. I cater to brides, moms, new moms, grandmothers, women.
* I will not be accepting jewelry for review.
* Products and other materials sent for review will NOT be returned.
* Including a coupon/discount/promotion for my readers is a GREAT idea, but it is not required.

Am I guaranteed a review?

Sending a product for review does NOT GUARANTEE it will receive a review. I will only be writing about products that I love and think my customers/readers would love. Let's face it, if I did not love the product you sent, you wouldn't want me to write a public review of it anyway.

Your product and other items will NOT be returned regardless of whether or not you receive a review.

I will let you know within 2 weeks of receiving your product and information whether or not your product will be reviewed. If you are accepted, I will let you know when your product review is included in my newsletter.

Why would I want my product reviewed in your newsletter?

* I have over 1,200 double-opt-in subscribers. I have had my newsletter for almost 3 years now and the subscriber base is growing daily
* If your target audience is in the mom/new mom/bride/woman area, my readers are just what you're looking for!
* I always include multiple links to your shop and product(s) that you send for review with appropriate anchor text and information.
* I will keep your product review in my "vintage bits of whimsy" section indefinitely.

What do I send?

* What you send is completely up to you. Writing a review is much easier if I have the product in-hand to view and "test". Remember, whatever you send will NOT be returned.
* Be sure to send your business information, Business Name, URL, Tag Line, information about what your business has to offer and why you are so fabulous.
* Be sure to include a small picture or logo that can be included in the review.
* Your contact information
* Coupon/Discount/Promotion, if applicable

Where do I send my product for review?

* If you'd like to drop me a note to ask if I think your product would be a good match for my readers, that would be great. That will help you to figure out whether or not to send your product for review.
