If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a refund (less shipping). The only jewelry this does not apply to is the custom hand-stamped personalized jewelry due to the completely custom nature of the piece. Hand-stamped jewelry is not returnable. While we take great care to create each piece to be very sturdy, if there happens to be a defect in the piece that causes it to break in that time, we will of course replace your jewelry or refund your money. We would just ask that you return the original piece.

If your jewelry should happen to need cleaning or repair after the 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact. We would be happy to repair, restring or clean your jewelry for a small fee.

If you have purchased your order using the "FREE SHIPPING" option, if you return your jewelry, $4 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping.

If there is a problem that is our fault, you can request a prepaid shipping label to return your jewelry. However, if you are returning the jewelry for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping. Please choose an insured and traceable method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in the return package.
